We hear this question all the time from our Leadership Training graduates and their corporate sponsors. Our Leadership Forum and Continuing Education program allows leaders to continue developing new insights and sharpening their skills.

Bullet Proof® Manager graduates as well as CEOs and senior HR Professionals subscribe to our Leadership Forum CE program to ensure that their investment in leadership development continues to return results on an ongoing basis. Leadership Forum CE subscribers attend one workshop per quarter which focuses on a new leadership training module from Crestcom, each created based on emerging leadership trends and business research.

Following the training module, each Leadership Forum CE workshop also includes a facilitated round table discussion on a topic nominated and voted on by participants. Leaders have an opportunity to present their most pressing challenges and receive advice and observations from their peers.
